Linda Howarth is currently the NOA Board Treasurer. She has served on the Board since 2005. She is a 1987 graduate of North Georgia College and State University. She has been a resident of Lumpkin County since 1992. Linda has been employed at United Community Bank for 13 years where she is currently a Consumer Loan Officer and Assistant Vice-President. Linda has a 19 year-old daughter, Heather, who is a sophomore at NGCSU.
