NOA maintains a legal advocacy and law enforcement project in collaboration with the Lumpkin County Sheriff Office and the Dawson County Sheriff Office. Legal advocates provide assistance to victims immediately following 911 emergency calls involving family violence. Assistance with Temporary Protective Order petitions and advocacy throughout the judicial process.
