NOA’s programs promote the safety and well-being of families.  Family violence is the biggest challenge faced by the families served by NOA.  Sadly, violence and harassment often follow victims at work sabotaging their efforts to stay employed and compromising their ability to live independent and productive lives. As a domestic violence shelter program, NOA’s task is to increase the safety, stability and well-being of families in our community.
